Types of lighting.
In these days, I studied about lighting and to know more about it, I practised filming different types of lighting.
I used different materials, such as gels, torch and reflector.
This is the full video.
I tried to take advantage from natural light, as the sun was really shining. I wanted to play with darkness and light, so for this shot I positioned the camera in the middle of the character. Thanks the sun, it reflected the shapes on the other side of the ground, so that we can have both darkness and light of the character.
Edit: On Adobe Premiere then I just fixed the brightness and contrast of the image and I added a n almost invisible faded layer.

For this scene I took inspiration from The Dark Knight movie, in which the commissioner Gordon is interviewing The Joker.
So I used an over the shoulder shot. I recreate a dark room but the only thing I wanted highlighted was my character's face. I used then just my phone's torch which my character was holding under the table. I wanted to create a mystery mood behind my character's eyes using the shadows on her face. The end is a bit too dark because my character covered the light under her. I like the shadows behind my main character because it makes her look like powerful.
Edit: I tried to highlight my main character, fixing the brightness and shadows. I also left the original sound because you can clearly hear their voices.
For these three scenes I used two different gels, orange and blue.
1st scene: I filmed it using a medium side shot and for the only light in the dark room I put a blue gel over the light.
Edit: Even here, I fixed the brightness and shadows during the to make my character darker and even here I tried to give it a mysterious side,as you cannot actually see her face.
2nd scene: Using a close-up shot, I created this effect by overlapping two layers of orange gel.
Edit: I changed the luminosity and I increased the shadows, then I added a faded layer.
3rd scene: For this extreme close-up, again I made the effect by using an orange gel but this time I used just one layer. As it is visible, the light is coming from the top right side, making this kind of shadow in the other side. I think the image should have been more centralized. Then basically the nose would be the centre and the two side would be equally divided. Also I think the right side is a bit too light, anyway I really like the contrast between the two sides.
Edit: Even for this shot I increased shadows and tried to fix the luminosity, and then I added the fade layer.
