My secondary researches are about Universities, the BFI and BAFTA.
University
Top 10 Universities in the UK for Media studies.
10- University of Surrey
9- City, University of London
8- Cardiff University
7- University of Warwick
6- University of Nottingham
5- University of Leeds
4- University of Sheffield
3-Lancaster University

I also found really interesting the University of Art in London (UAL).

There are two undergraduate courses about media, which you can choose on:
-BA (HONS) FILM PRACTICE, which prepare the student on different role within film production.
-BA (HONS) FILM AND TELEVISION, it includes directing, producing, sound design, cinematography.

It also offers accommodations for all the students who want to live in full the university experience.

The UAL is established in Elephant & Castle.
BFI
The BFI, which stands for British Film Institute, was founded in 1933. It is a charity organisation for film and it promotes and preserves filmmaking and television in the UK.
It combines cultural, creative and industrial roles, bringing together the BFI National Archive and BFI Reuben Library, film distribution, exhibition and education at BFI Southbank and BFI IMAX, publishing and festivals. Like the "BFI London Film Festival" that started exactly today, 5/10/16. It is the 60th edition of this festival and it includes movies from 74 countries.
The BFI is located in Southbank, and it's reachable from Waterloo station.

BAFTA AWARDS
Bafta stands for "British Academy of Film and Television Arts", and they basically are considered the "British Oscars". As the BFI, it's an indipendent charity that supports, develops and promotes the art of moving images by identifying and rewarding the excellence. Not just this, there's a year-round learning program for the future generation of talent, exhibitions and more, and it's located in West End, reachable from Piccadilly Circus or Green Park stations.
